4. Returns
4.1 Return requests for 'unwanted' items must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
4.2 Return requests for 'faulty' items must be made within the warranty period stated on the product's page
4.3 For 'unwanted' items, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs
4.4 Returns are solely the responsibility of the customer untill they are received by the company.
5. Delivery
5.1 We endeavour to dispatch all items within 1 working day, although in busy periods this could increase to 3 working days.
5.2 We will not be held responsible for postal/courier delays
5.3 If the Customer has not received their item within 14 working days, their item will be considered 'lost in post' and a Royal Mail compensation form must be filled. An exchange will be re-dispatched to the customer.
6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Use by you of this Website implies that you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
